We automatically match the addresses from your utility bills to the locations in your inventory. If we can’t automatically match your addresses, you’ll have to set locations manually. You’ll know if you need to set locations when you see the symbol next to a provider name.

Update multiple locations
To match multiple utility addresses with inventory locations at once:
- On the Sync Utility Providers page, under Connected Providers, look for a
symbol and click the provider name.
- When you arrive at the Utility Provider Details page, under ACTION REQUIRED, click SET LOCATION.
- In the pop-up that opens, match the locations from your utility bills to your inventory by selecting the corresponding location from the drop-down lists.
- After you’ve selected the correct locations, click SAVE.
Update individual locations
To match one utility address with an inventory location at a time:
- On the Sync Utility Providers page, under Connected Providers, look for a
symbol and click the provider name.
- When you arrive at the Utility Provider Details page, check the Account details section. Under Inventory Locations, click an address with a
symbol next to it.
- In the pop-up that opens, match the address from your utility bills to your inventory location by selecting the corresponding location from the drop-down list.
- After you’ve selected the correct location, click SAVE.
