Current plan
To view your current Climate Smart subscription:
- In the top navigation, click your name.
- Click Billing.
- Under Current Plan, review the subscription shown.

To learn about current Climate Smart offers, contact Customer Success. Our team will help you find the services that fit your organization’s size, sustainability goals, and budget.
Add-ons
You can add additional features to your subscription based on your organization’s needs. Some Climate Smart add-ons include:
- Extra North American or international locations for your inventory
- Additional inventories during your subscription year
- Support from a Climate Smart Advisor to interpret and enter data into Climate Smart for you
- Consultation with a Climate Smart Advisor to analyze your inventory, create custom graphs or other reports, and more
- Personalized emission reduction target setting with a Climate Smart Advisor
- Access to Reduction Plans, if your subscription doesn’t already include this feature

Next billing date
Your next billing date is when your annual subscription renews. To update your billing details, such as the credit card number on file, contact Customer Success.
Note: If your subscription ends and you choose not to renew it or if there’s a problem with your billing details, your Climate Smart account will be locked.
To check your next billing date:
- In the top navigation, click your name.
- Click Billing.
- Under Next billing date, review the date shown.
Inventory credits
Each credit equals one inventory period that your organization can create in Climate Smart. Your organization gets one credit per yearly subscription. To get more inventory credits, contact Customer Success.
