Reset password

You can reset your login password if you forget it, or if you want to keep your account more secure.

Reset forgotten password

To reset your password:

1. From the Climate Smart login page, click Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email and click SEND RESET LINK.
3. You're sent an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, click Change my password.
4. Enter your new password under Password and Password again. 
5. Click SET PASSWORD.
6. Go back to your Climate Smart login page and log in with your new password.

Change password

To change your password while logged in to Climate Smart:

1. In the top navigation, click your name and then click Personal Settings.
2. Click EDIT.
3. Enter your new password under Password and Password again.
4. Enter your current password under Current password.
5. Click UPDATE USER.
6. Go to your Climate Smart login page and log in with your new password.
